{cake mix} Chocolate Fudge Cookies

I just tried out the cake mix cookies for the first time a few months ago and LOVED how easy it was! I was craving something chocolatey yesterday, so I made these in a snap. Found the recipe on allrecipes.com. Very yummy!

{cake mix} Chocolate Fudge Cookies

1 box (18.25 oz) Devil's Food Cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
1 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can substitute other cake mixes and/or chips, but I haven't tried anything other than the chocolate.

I bloglifted Tanya's signature idea! Super cool!

These are sooooo good with peanut butter chips - just like a Reese's!
